The Dallas Cowboys will get the fourth draft pick for the 2016-17 NFL season. The Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns will pick first and second, respectively. Both teams have a 3-13-0 win/loss/tie ratio. The order of the teams was decided by standard procedure: “by figuring the aggregate won-lost-tied percentage of each involved club’s regular season opponents and awarding preferential selection order to the club which faced the schedule of teams with the lowest aggregate won-lost-tied percentage.”  San Diego Chargers will receive the third pick.
