Numerous high school softball teams are beginning their playoff berths today. Some have a one game series, others will play three games. Here are a few for the local area:

Thursday, 4/28:
Flower Mound plays Keller Timber Creek at 7:30 at Coppell Middle School West *One game series*

*Timber Creek wins 10-2*

Denton Guyer plays Plano at 7:30 at Prosper.
*Plano Wins 11-4*

Plano West plays Byron Nelson at 7:30 at Flower Mound Marcus
*Plano West Wins 2-1*


Friday, 4/29:
Guyer plays Plano in game 2 at 8:00 at Prosper.
*Plano Wins 8-6, Guyer eliminated*

Guyer will play Plano at 2:00 on Saturday if necessary. AM News Net will update throughout the week as more information comes.
