OKLAHOMA CITY  (AM News Net)  – The Oklahoma Sooners' sophomore pitcher Paige Parker finished her 2015-2016 D1 collegiate softball season leading in victories. 

Parker finished with 38 wins this season, ten more than in her freshman year. She unseated Erica Romero from San Diego State University, who lead with 36 wins. Parker's ERA dropped from 1.65 to 1.64 from last year as well.

Parker finished her season with a 2-1 win over Auburn on June 9th to become a WCWS champion.

"It was one of the most fantastic experiences that I've ever had in my whole life," she said. "Our fans this year have been so vital to all of the things we've done."
